I am so insulted by the behavior of the past two months by the tea party and republican individuals that were elected. If you have a plan, it doesn't help the plan to throw in more things to accomplish. Plan cut unnecessary spending. Process to do this.

I agree. When a bill is brought forth they don't need to tack on a rider that they know would not pass plus another rider to hold the country hostage.

So why did other issues have to be tied to the extention bill? Is that good faith bargaining? It does sound and read like the armed forces and the people of the United States are being held hostiage.

How sad that the most important issue on the docket is to eliminate health care for the people. Let's see, we don't need healthcare we can be like China, and other third world countries.

Speaker of the house while talking to Brian Williams stated that nothing was sacred from the chopping block of cutting spending. So if that is true then the house and congress need to CUT spending on their wages and increases, in fact a major cut is due.

I don't think this comes as a shock that the republicans would hold up America with a ransom. They are not representing the people nor are they thinking past the top of their wallet. We have people who are losing their homes, jobs, and family units are being disrupted.

So when will the Republicans return the government to the people? Let's see ah number 1 is setting it up so the current president only has one term. 2. Remove health care that might benefit everyone. 3. Keep the tax reduction for the most wealthy because they earned it.

The republicans have tied up the government with personal issues and gains. They are not giving government back to the people. They have worked on giving the government back to the republicans.
